The view from the triple room was unbelievable. the microwave oven, coffee and tea making equipment, and refrigerator all worked well. It was in a perfect location for attractions in the Loire region. it’s just a short walk to the stream, the garden, and the river.

The double room was clean with a comfortable bed, books, as for instance. Location: the hotel was close to the Loire Valley, a stream of water along the back of the property that provides “ music ” to the place and Amboise.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was amazing! the location was perfect, situated close to all the main chateaux in the area. the kitchen area near the pool was a great feature, allowing us to prepare small meals and keep our drinks cool. the hospitality of the hosts was unparalleled, offering us helpful guides to exploring the area and even providing us with a meal and wine on our first night. the spacious, clean and comfortable rooms were also a plus, as well as the access to a fun game room and relaxing library.
The lack of restaurants or shops close by, which required a car to travel about 3 km for supplies. we did not like the fact that we could not stay longer!

We had a wonderful Christmas stay in a picturesque setting with easy access to key attractions. The old mill with the river flowing through the grounds was the perfect backdrop for our stay. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom had a modern shower that added to the comfort. We loved the library room and the heated pool. The family that owned the property was very friendly and provided helpful information, maps, and guides. The French breakfast was delicious, and the additional "surprises" each morning made us feel very welcome.
We did not have enough power outlets in the room which made it challenging to charge our phones and laptops. Despite this, we did not find it to be a significant issue.
